ArtisTree CEO Joe Gonzalez was honored with a Unity Award in the Entrepreneur category during a luncheon hosted by Biz(941) and La Guia Magazine. The Unity Awards are presented to “champions of diversity” — community members and companies that embrace an inclusive, multicultural work environment and create opportunities for others.
While accepting the award for Gonzalez, Debra Morrow, ArtisTree vice president of marketing, announced a February launch of thankalandscaper.com to build awareness for landscapers nationwide. “We welcome anyone who has a ‘landscaper’ in their life – a relative, teacher, friend or gardener who’s introduced them to the joys of nature – to visit the site and thank them,” said Morrow. ArtisTree invites companies and organizations to sponsor the site and join the national Thank A Landscaper® campaign.
